Hosting a Private Event? There’s a reason Loudoun County is considered a premier destination for Gathering with friends, family, associates, and the like. Nestled in the rolling countryside of Purcellville Virginia, just outside of D.C, we offer beautiful vineyard views, elegant, private indoor and outdoor spaces, and the most delicious, award-winning VA wines. Book with us today, and it will become our personal mission to make your event a memorable success.
Whether you are hosting a birthday or anniversary celebration, shower, corporate event, picnic, team-building event, holiday gathering, fundraiser, rehearsal dinner event, wedding, or the like, we have the perfect space to suit your needs.
All rentals include private use of the space for a 3-hour time-span (extended rental options available,) use of our chairs/tables/furnishings, wine glassware, assistance from our events manager during all stages of planning, dedicated staff during your event for wine-service, and recommendations for our favorite local vendors per request.

“Walsh’s Garden Room made for an incredible and easy to plan baby shower! We had 60 friends and family attend. “We hosted a larger Welcome Reception at Walsh Family Wine. It started in the Garden Room, but once they closed at 8, we had the whole place to ourselves. It was perfect. It poured outside (we even had a tornado warning!), but I was having such a great time in their indoor space. Then, when the weather cleared up, the staff suggested we open the garage door to the Garden Room, and the party ended up spilling out onto their beautiful patio.
The wine was great too! We served BBQ, and I bought quite a bit of beer because I was worried guests would want that pairing more. Nope. The beer went pretty much untouched!
In addition to being great on the day, Walsh was very responsive and accommodating in the run up to the event (they let me join the wine club at the last minute to get a discount on the event, let me schedule a tasting last minute and then also cancel last minute when I had a hair emergency). “We’ve celebrated two of our most special family milestones at Walsh Family Winery’s Garden Room—our baby shower and now our son’s first birthday. Both experiences were absolutely wonderful. The Garden Room is the perfect event space: it’s naturally beautiful, needs very little additional décor, and creates the most inviting atmosphere.
We loved the flexibility of being able to bring in our own food, and it was such a thoughtful touch that nonalcoholic wine options were available, making everyone feel included. Of course, Walsh’s wines are truly the best in the area, we’re big fans and always impressed with the quality.
